Do you install both the refrigeration and the electrical side?
Yes. We hold both the ARCtick refrigeration licence (L214305) and the Victorian electrical contractor licence (REC 37544), so pipework, refrigerant and electrical work are done in-house.

02Details
An under-sized system runs constantly and never quite gets there. An over-sized system short-cycles, wastes energy and doesn't dehumidify properly. We size systems based on the actual room — floor area, ceiling height, window area, orientation and insulation — not a rule of thumb.
Refrigeration work is carried out under our ARCtick licence (L214305), the national requirement for handling refrigerant. The electrical connection — dedicated circuit, isolator and RCD — is installed to the AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules under our REC (37544) and certified with an Electrical Safety Certificate under Energy Safe Victoria. Correct pipework, evacuation and charge are what most manufacturer warranties depend on, so we document each step for your records.

Yes. We hold both the ARCtick refrigeration licence (L214305) and the Victorian electrical contractor licence (REC 37544), so pipework, refrigerant and electrical work are done in-house.
It depends on floor area, ceiling height, window area, orientation and insulation. Under-sizing leaves the room uncomfortable; over-sizing wastes energy and short-cycles. We size on the actual room, not a rule of thumb.
Not quite. It needs adequate airflow, service access, a stable mounting surface and a sensible refrigerant pipe run. We recommend the best position during the on-site assessment.
Clean the filters regularly. A professional service every 1–2 years — coil clean, drain check, refrigerant and electrical inspection — keeps efficiency up and extends unit life.
A straightforward single-head install is usually a same-day job — mount both units, run pipework and cable, vacuum, charge and commission. Multi-head systems, long pipe runs or difficult access can push it to two days.
For apartments and townhouses, usually yes. Most bodies corporate have pre-approved positions or a straightforward approval process. We can quote around the approved position and coordinate with the building manager.
